Samay Ki Dhara is a 1986 Indian Bollywood family drama, action film released on Dec 18, 1986. The film is directed by Sisir Mishra, produced by Dharmendra Goyal , music composed by Jugal Kishore.

Movie shows what takes place in the life of child after the divorce of his father and mother. The story starts with Ajay (played by Shatrughan Sinha) a Delhi born. He is a builder who is living happily with companion Madhvi (played by Shabana Azmi) and boy Bunty (played by Ravi). After years, Ajay is now the famous and rich builder. Being a busy person, he always avoided his family and later he gets divorced. Bunty lives with Madhvi in Srinagar. After this, Ajay gets remarried to Rashmi (played by Tina Munim). After some years Madhavi also engages to Dr. Mathur (played by Vinod Mehra). But, due to all this, Bunty’s life is now entangled and he was no one whom he can call his own.
