Sandhan is a 1982 Indian Bengali drama film released on 1982. The film is directed by Umanath Bhattacharya, music composed by Pabitra Chattopadhyay.

In the village of Khandogram farmers are deprived of their rights. So they rise up in protest. They demand an increase in wages. The protests however are turned down and snubbed by the ladlord. The labourers then form a union under the leadership of Sudhanya. Just at this time Bhanu, a journalist comes to the village. He understands the plight of the poor farmers and publishes their case in the newspaper. The landlords come into public purview. The farmers win their case.
