Sapna is confined to a girls hostel, when her guardian Seth Dnapatrai comes to know about her romantic interlude with Vinod. But Sapna runs away from the hostel and with her fiance Vinod arrives at her haveli in the isolated village of Surajgadh to have a face to face talk with Seth Dhanpatrai. No sooner do they reach the haveli then the melodrama begins. Vinod is charged with the murder of Seth Dhanpatrai and handed over to the C.B.I. officer Mr. Amrit who is investigating the case. But much before this case can be solved there follows a chain of ghastly murders; each murder more baffing than the other. The last victim is the innocent Sapna.
