Viren Oberoi (Abhay Deol) Is a carefree chap and the younger son of famous industrialist Nirmal Oberoi (Suresh Oberoi). He loves Caren (Apoorva Jha), but does not know anything about her feelings. On the other hand, Viren's family is on a look-out for a bride for Viren. They select Aditi (Ayesh Takia) and want Viren to marry her. But they leave the decision of marriage entirely upo Viren. Viren meets Aditi, with a prejudice of rejecting her. However, both their families don't take this rejection in right spirits, and have a huge conflict. Meanwhile, Viren and Aditi meet again, and Aditi takes the responsibility to take the permission from Caren's family to let her go to Goa, so that she can enjoy with Viren and gang. To make this possible, Aditi goes to Goa herself with Viren and his friends. In Goa, Aditi and Viren become very fond of each other and start liking each other. When they come back to Mumbai, their families come to know of it and create a huge issue. Viren gets back to Caren and convinces her father (Sohrab Ardeshir) somehow for the marriage. But its not easy to get a nod from his father. Miracalously, his father agreed for this inter-religion marriage. However, its only after the approval from both the families that Viren realises that he loves Aditi and not Caren. What will Viren do now? Will he forget Aditi and marry Caren? Or will he find new ways to go back to Aditi and get her love?
