Collegian Ajay Sharma was delivered on 2nd April 1968 and stays in Bombay with his widowed mother named Asha. He is friendly with fellowmate, the rich boy named Raj Sinha, and both often end up ending beatup by goons and Madhu (Raj's sweetheart) respectively. After they complete their studies from college, Raj's maternal uncle confesses Ajay to bring his birth certificate so that he could make his passport and find functioning for him in a department store in Canada. Ajay goes home to ask for his birth certificate, but is not able to locate. His mom makes a show of helping him, but instead finds a document and tosses it outside. Ajay puts the document things completed and finds out that his real name is Ajay Malhotra, his daddy named Dr. Ravi Malhotra, is still awake, serving a life sentence in prison for murdering and stealing a patient's organs. Ajay questions his mom and finds out that his dad was adorned by the hospital owner named Rai Bahadur. He and Asha meet Ravi in jail and swear to revenge his humiliation. He and Raj then set out to collect proof not knowing that Raj's daddy named Dr. Sinha, was himself engaged in Ravi's false confidence, and will not balk in joining forces with Rai Bahadur to remove all possible evidence, and if necessary murder both Ajay and Asha also.
