Takhon Teyish is a 2011 Indian Bengali drama film released on Jan 21, 2011. The film is directed by Atanu Ghosh, produced by Chhanda Guha.

Tamadeep is an introvert and a loner right from childhood. He is very close to his mother, but slowly moves away from her as he grows up. Though he has near to 1000 friends in virtual space (Orkut and Facebook), yet he is a complete loner. The o0nly friend he had was his geography teacher Meghna but since he was 17-18 he hasn’t met her though he is touch with her and since he knows his mother is responsible for this as she had thought there was something between them, he is not close to his mother any more. He starts watching soft porn Hindi films starring Mohini and becomes obsessed with her. He meets a Facebook friend Sriparna who becomes a very good friend of his and is also a loner. She has this strange habit of meeting her unknown friends from the virtual world in person.

One day an accident victim land up at the nursing home where Tamadeep is working as a junior doctor. Tama is shocked to see that it is Sampa Dasgupta better known as ‘Mohini’ , his fantasy. His entire world turns upside own and he does not know what to do. He confided in Meghna who other than being a teacher hosts a successful show on a FM radio station.Sampa has suicidal tendencies and nothing else is known about her.

Sriparna meets one stranger one day a net savvy businessman cum philanthropist one day who has also has a link with Sampa (Mohini) which is later revealed. When Sampa is released from hospital, she manages to flee from the car and lands up at the home for destitutes where she used to stay before she became a soft porn actress. This home is incidentally run by the same business man cum philanthropist who has befriended Sriparna.She later lands up at Meghna’s house where she stays for a while. Some years pass. Now Tamadeep and Sampa are shown to be together.

a story of a sensitive 27-year-old doctor, Tamodeep (Jisshu Sengupta), whose life changed drastically in just 48 hours when he was 23. That’s when he was destined to come face-to-face with four women —Sraboni (Tanusree Shankar), Meghna (Indrani Halder), Sriparna (Aparajita Ghosh Das) and Mohini (Paoli). who steer him through an unique journey of affection, infatuation, lust, friendship and true feelings, leaving Tamodeep a changed man.
