Raj Dixit lives with his younger bro, Rahul, who is infirm, mentally and physically in both the ways, from birth. Raj is also engaged full-time, and after his efforts, has the responsibility of taking care of Rahul, which blades him no time for himself. His charming neighbor, Suman Gupta, is captivated to him, but he greets her as a friend only. When Mr. Khanna offers him to his niece, Madhuri, both gradually falls in love. The only trouble is that Madhuri will only wed Raj, if Rahul is regularised. Raj complies to get him admitted in a facility, much with Madhuri's glee, and together they start to plan their wedding, not realizing that things are going to take a turn for the bad.
