Rich Yashodhara Oberoi dies and Mumbai-founded entrepreneur Rakesh Malhotra confidences to receive much of her prosperity but is in for a tremor when he finds that the majority of her property (Rs.900 Crores) has been given to three outsiders, Rahul - who is the Publishing supervisor of TV13 Network - and his two buddies, Raj Kohli and Virendra, who had lately freed her from crooks. Rakesh makes his anger known and soon after that Virendra gets a phone call from his ex-partner, Ruby, that their lives are in risk. Before they could reply, the cops inform them that Ruby has been murdered. Then somebody stabs to attack and murder Raj and Virendra - but they succeed to escape, and composed choose to challenge Rahul - as they suspect he may be behind these assaults with the intention to try and apt the whole property.
