After retirement as a Law Assistant, Subramaniam flights into himself, his remembrances about his mom, and his small flat. He charges out an apartment to Bikramjeet Singh, who has been disqualified from the hostel, on the ailment that he cannot call any ladies to stopover there even to see him. A chance meeting with 'Lucky Cafe' cafeteria possessor, Delshad Nanji, first provokes him, then he yields and becomes a regular supporter along with some learners. He will soon be pushed into a lawful combat when 'Bluebell' - an international company - chooses to capture the café, and are all fixed to take a legal action on Delshad for intruding on this possession.
