Udaan is a 1997 Indian Bollywood adults, drama film released on Oct 03, 1997. The film is directed by Asrani, produced by Lalit Kapoor , music composed by Rajesh Roshan.

A wealthy entrepreneur is killed by a villainous trio. The industrialist's girl Varsha (played by Rekha) slowly starts to unravel the truth about her dad's death, she is quickly admitted off to an asylum. Varsha runs off from there with the help of a man named Raja (played by Saif Ali Khan). Then, Varsha and Raja together start on a difficult adventure to bring the villains to justice. The movie with other subjects also deals with product contamination and injustice in society.
