Uljhan is a 1975 Indian Bollywood suspense, family drama, social film released on Jan 01, 1975. The film is directed by Raghunath Jhalani, produced by Soodesh Kumar , music composed by Kalyanji-Anandji.

Anand(Sanjeev Kumar) and Karuna (Sulakshana Pandit) are about to get married. But on the day of the marriage Brij Bhushan (Ranjeet) who was the ex-boyfriend of Mrs.Kamla - sister of Anand (Farida Jalal) came to meet her. He wanted to blackmail her and asked her to meet him in a hotel where the wedding was taking place. Kamla explained the whole situation to her sister-in-law Karuna and Karuna herself went to the hotel to explain matters to Brij Bhushan. There altercations took place and Karuna killed him and went for the marriage. As Anand was a police inspector he was handling the case of the murder. Would Anand get to know the real murdere? Would he forgive the murderer?

Karuna volunteers to confront Briji, the villain, who plays havoc with the lives of rich girls, to save the honour of her would-be sister-in-law. She accidentlly kills him barely house before her marriage. Anand, Karunas police-officer-husband, in the course of his investigations, realises that Briji was murdered by his wife.
