Vaada is a 2005 Indian Bollywood suspense film released on Jan 07, 2005. The film is directed by Satish Kaushik, produced by Vashu Bhagnani , music composed by Himesh Reshammiya.

Rahul (Arjun Rampal) and Pooja (Amisha Patel) are a happily married couple. But unfortunately they become a victim of a car accident and Rahul loses his eye-sight. Pooja still loves him because Rahul is very loving and he had accepted her confessing that she had a past. Karan (Zayed Khan), ex-boyfriend of Pooja, used to be over-possessive and voilent. His violent behavior prevented Pooja's father to allow her to marry Karan. Karan left Pooja's life to have a career, and in between Rahul and Pooja got married. Suddenly Karan comes back in their lives, this time as Rahul's friend and business partner. He still has that soft corner towards Pooja. But Rahul is unaware of this. One day Pooja's death body was found hanging in their house. Inspector Khan (Rajesh Viveik) suspects Karan for being the murderer. But Rahul has full faith on Karan and saves him from police on many occasions. Advocate Saxena (Rakesh Bedi) fights Karan's case in court. But still there comes some proofs all against Karan and Karan makes it loud and clear the he has not murdered Pooja. If not Karan then who can it be?
