Vishwatma is a 1992 Indian Bollywood action film released on Jan 24, 1992. The film is directed by Rajiv Rai, produced by Gulshan Rai , music composed by Viju Shah.
The story is of two brave and smart young boys: namely Police inspector Prabhat Singh (played by Sunny Deol) and a reformed gangster named as Akash Bhardwaj (played by Chunkey Pandey) are sent to Kenya for bring the criminal Azghar Jhorat (played by Amrish Puri) back in India. Azghar has spread his networks in India as well as outside India. While in Kenya they get up with in association with a Kenyan police officer who is of Indian influence. He is named as Surya Pratap Singh (played by Naseeruddin Shah) and it is his duty to make Prabhat and Akash abide by the Kenyan laws but to control Azghar. Now after this, Surya does every possible thing to keep a balance of this, but a misunderstanding is created that destroys each and every planned strategy.

Police inspector Prabhat Singh (Sunny Deol) comes from a middle-class family consists of his mom, dad and brother. When he attempts to intervene in the work of an underworld criminal don, Azghar Jurhad (Amrish Puri) he witnesses the death of this brother. After a recent investigation it was found that Azghar where about is unknown in India, he reside in the African country of Kenya. With Vengeance Prabhat along with Akash Bhardwaj (Chunkey Pandey), whose family members has been brutally murdered by Azghar travels to Kenya with a sole aim to have there revenge on Azghar. While in Kenya they met a Kenyan police officer, Surya Pratap Singh (Naseeruddin Shah) who is of Indian Origin, and who has the duty to keep an eye on Prabhat and Akash. Will Surya jeopardize Prabhat and Akash's mission or will he prove to be a boon to the two legends?
