W is a 2014 Indian Bollywood thriller, musical, drama film released on Mar 14, 2014. The film is directed by Tarun Madan Chopra, produced by Shivang Sehgal , music composed by Daboo Malik.
The story starts with Ruhi (played by Leslie Tripathy), Sandy (played by Leeza Mangaldas), and Manu (played by Sonal Giani). These three are best friends. They run an event management company, W. While they are off for an event, a strange incident ruins their lives. One day, while they go to the freedom concert, a group of few men rapes them just because they are three independent women working happily. When the three girls ask for justice, the law is helpless to give them justice all because they hail from a strong social background due to which they run away. Now in this, the rapists live freely and they have given no punishment. Therefore, these girls now decide to form a vengeance squad and they seek revenge against these three men.
