Radhe Shyam cures Seth Damodardass paralysis by massaging but seth Ashok Maheshwari is not cured. Damodardas murders Maheshwari to secure his contact for Rs 50 lakhs and falsely involves Radhe Shyam in the murder. Radhe Shyam is imprisoned, his young daughter falling into the hands of gypsies and going by the name Hasina. She fals in love with rich Harish.
