Yamraaj is a 1998 Indian Bollywood action film released on Jul 31, 1998. The film is directed by Rajeev Babbar, produced by Rajeev Babbar , music composed by Anand-Milind.

Yamraaj is the telltale of two thieves Birju (played by Mithun Chakraborty) and Kishan (played by Jackie Shroff) who dream to become the biggest dons like their professors, the city's biggest crook Yamraaj (played by Gulshan Grover). Kishan's inner voice starts troubling him as he kills an honest Police Officer Hamid Khan (played by Kiran Kumar). He decides start a new life but Birju neglect to change as he is offended by his desires. Their difference in opinion leads to disputes between them results in separation.Birju pursues his desires while Kishan tries to atone for his crime. Will Birju change for well or will he become Yamraaj forms the Climax.
