Two con composers and car thieves, Vicky (played by Ajay Devgan) and Sakshi (played by Preity Zinta) run badly of Bhanwarlal (played by Deep Dhillon) and his crowd, when they accidentally murder his bro. Bhanwarlal and his other bro (played by Mayur) both swear to vindicate the death of their bro and mistakenly murder Rohit Verma (also played by Ajay Devgan), who is a looking similar to Vicky. Sakshi thinks that her love is late and is ravage. Not known to Sakshi and Bhanwarlal, Vicky is still viable and has taken the place of Rohit, cheating Rohit's daddy, Pratap Verma (played by Vikram Gokhale); Rohit's beau, Neha (played by Madhuri Dixit), little perceiving that Pratap Verma already knows that Rohit is killed, but for some strange and mysterious reason consent Vicky to continue with the pose.
