There are lots of poor individuals in India who want to get rich soon. A lady named Seema is one of them. She is very charming and has an admirer by the name of Sidharth. This man is very wealthy, and wants to wed Seema. But Seema figures out that he is already wedded, so refuses to wed him. He sees her that he does not love his beau, and will separate to her, and then weds Seema. Then there is the telltale of another poor person, a man named as Rahul. Rahul is in love with Seema. But Rahul functions for Siddharth. Rahul knows that Siddharth is going to mislead Seema and have an relationship with someone else very soon. Rahul is also aware that Seema wants to get wealthy very quickly. How will Rahul tell her about her about Siddharth? Rahul is also nervous. If Siddharth finds out that he will suspend Rahul, thus he will remain a needy man all his life
