Karthik(Vineeth), a poor and an orphan studies in Government College and lives in a rented room. He goes to college by the bus, hangs out with a number of friends. He is captain of his college soccer team and also a good poet. Arun (Abbas), who comes from a rich and wealthy family studies in Loyola College, drives his own car and hangs out with number of friends. Arun is also the captain of his college soccer team. In a nasty Inter college riot Arun saves Karthik's life. So in return Karthik lets Arun win in a soccer game because he thinks Arun can't take losses easily and both become good friends. Divya(Tabu) is a college going girl, who causes barbers to shave their clients head off and flowers to cry. Both Arun and Karthik fall in love with Divya, but neither realizes that they both love the same woman. After some circumstances, Arun and Karthik get to know that they love same woman. Later even Divya get to know about the situation and proposes both Arun and Karthik to be friends forever and the story comes to an end.
