Surya is a 2004 Indian Bengali thriller film released on 2004. The film is directed by Haranath Chakraborty.

Ashok narayan was popular business man, one day he sheltered a man who called mahim halden. Mahim halden wasn't an honest man. He killed ashok narayan captured his property five poor farmers they were respect ashok narayan very much. They were arrested by police to cause of mahim halden murder. But one of them who called avinash. He was take cared ashok narayan son surya. He also trained surya. One day surya was became young and he went to college he saved mahim halden's daughter puja. Puja was fall in love with surya she telled everything to surya father. But surya doesn't liked her. He also loved his child hood friend rina. One days surya knewed his father was went to met four bond criminals at prison. He wanted to knewd why his father was going to prison to met some antisobiab? Then avinash telled him the story, how his father was killed by mahim. Halden and why and how four poor farmer was became criminals. Then surya was promised to his father to was proved to mahim halden who is the real criminals? And he is back. Then he arrive to villeage. But when he camed to village he noticed now the poor villeges was attacked by mahim halden son raton. He tought with raton. When mohim halden knewed he was became very angry surya was stayed in his child hood friend rina's house. But he never told any one to his rean name or his identity. At the meantime avinash and his friends was camed bak in there village. They told everyone he is surya sone of ashok narayan. In the meantime mahim halden daughter pooja was camed back home. She told her father he was loved surya very much. But sudeenly surya cames and thereated mahim halden. Then avinash and his friends was came. Then surya tried to killed mohim halden but sudeenly mohim's wife camed and she begging to saved her's husbands's life. Then surya fall in love with rina. Then one day mahim halden went to calletom office and he told to carection to joined his brothers funeral ceremon. Thyen avinash and his friends was camed and they wanted the ceremony begins in surya hand then mahim halden became very angry and he was killed avinash when surya knewed his father was dead he became liked a crazy dog. He promised to his father dead body. He wanted to killed mahim halden. Then he killed mahim halden son raton. Then the fight started then surya tried to killed mahim halder but suddenly his wife camed. But she would permissed surya to killed her husband. Then mahim halden killed by surya. Then surya happily married rina and they were happily back home.
