After getting married, he decided to work in movies. So, he used to get small roles in many movies. He was recognized for his role in the film ’Bhoot Bangla’. He acted in movies like: Love in Tokyo, Aankhen, Johar-Mehmood in Goa, Bombay to Goa and Pyaar Kiye Jaa. He died in sleep due to a heart disease. One of his sons is Lucky Ali who is also a singer.
