  This serial is taken from an American serial ‘Sabrina, the Teenage Witch’. This serial revolves around the teenage girl, Jiya. She is the great great grand daughter of Rani Devi. The show starts with her birthday and then her grandmother gives her the supernatural powers. Jiya lives with her father, Dr. Suraj Malhotra, her mother Radha, her brother Jai and her grandmother, Sushma. There are few Jiya’s friends and her acquaintances who love her. But Jiya is in love with Dhruv, her best friend. Jiya’s neighbor is Pam who also has a crush on Dhruv. Malhotra’s neigbour is Shanti Sabarwal, niece of Pam who is always behind impressing Suraj Malhotra. Suraj Malhotra’s wife is also an angel, her mother-in-law is also an angel and so is now his daughter. Jiya’s magical powers don’t work and it is her grandmother who helps her in getting away from the troubles.
