The drama reaches its end when everything is settled.

It is the story of two gay-birds-Mohan and Anokhay Lal-residing in Bombay. . Mohan, despite his fathers millions and the crazy love of a mother for her only son, felt miserable and wretched because his care-free existence meant an open clash with the strict attitude of his disciplinarian father who wanted to make a man out of him. He felt jealous of the poverty-riddenlife of Anokhay because there was no one to question his ways of life. . Orphan Anokhay felt unhappy because of his overwhelming poverty, because of the constant insecurity in life. He wished he too had a rich father like Mohans. . They longed to change places with each other and finally fate brought them an opportunity. . Mohans father, having failed in all his efforts to reform his only son, decided to send him to Ootacumund, to an old friend of his Captian Daya Ram Jung Bahadur, a retired jailor, who during the tenure of his service had managed to tame the hardest of the criminals. But the retired jailor had not seen the son of his friend. . While leaving for Ootacumund, the love-crazy mother put three thousand rupees in a tiffin carried and quietly gave it to her son. Mohan took Anokhay with him to his new destination. . On reaching there, instead of going to the jailors house, Mohan took a suite in a hotel and hit upon the brilliant idea of sending Anokhay to the jailors house under his name. The jailor had never seen him. So, Anokhay could poses as Mohan. It would give Anokhay the comfort and security of a rich home life for which he had longed and mohan would get the freedom he had hankered after till now. . Anokhay went to the jailors house with high hopes but found that it was less of a home and more a jail. The house was run onthe codes and regulations of a jail. There was a lock-up, a prison, a death chamber eloborate with prisoners chains and uniforms. The jailor taming this paper-tiger thinking him to be the wild animal that was the son of his friend, and ordered him not to stir out of the house. The servants went to the hotel and brought all what they thought was his luggage including the tiffin carrier containing Mohans money. The money fell into the jailors hands who kept it in his safe custody, so that neither Anokhay or Mohan could lay his hands on it. . Amidst all his torture the one thing that made Anokhay stick on to this life was the lvoe of jailors handsome daughter Malti. . Left penniless and friendless, Mohan managed to escape from the clutches of the hotel manager, who would have got him skinned otherwis for the non-payment of the hotel bill. He met a beautiful and lively young girl, Meena, in a bus. . And what happened after that-makes the basis of a clossal story full romance, drama and rib-ticlkling comedy, the like of which you have not seen in years.
