Parvarish 1977

Parvarish is a 1977 Indian Bollywood social film released on Oct 23, 1977. The film is directed by Manmohan Desai, produced by A. A. Nadiadwala.

A policeman adopts the son of a bandit. But this adoption creates a misunderstanding in his life, his own biological son believes that he is the bandit's son and he takes up a secret life of crime; meanwhile, the adopted son becomes an officer of the law.

Daku's son became a police inspector & the DCP's son became a smuggler. Samsher Singh (Shammi Kapoor), the DCP was trying to arrest Mangal Singh Dakoo(Amjad Khan). Mangal's wife delivered a child & handed it over to the DCP & requested him to keep the child away from Mangal Singh. Samsher Singh & his wife (Indrani Mukherjee) adopted Dakoo's child & brought him up with their own child. Amit (Amitabh Bachchan) & Kishan (Vinod Khanna) grew up together & Amit became a police inspector while Kishan became smuggler. Shabbo (Shabana Azmi) & Neetu (Neetu Singh) were pick pockets. Mangal Singh killed their parents. So they were searching for Mangal to take revenge. After knowing the truth Mangal tried to kill Kishan & asked Amit, his own son to accompany him. But Amit arrested Mangal Singh & sent him to jail.

Amit, a bandits son brought up by a police officer, becomes a promising police officer and the officers own son Kishen is trained to be come a criminal.
